HELPING BUYERS IN ANGERS-LE MANS-TOURS TRIANGLE

A new advisory agency – Le Loir/La Loire Property Service (LLPS) – has been launched to help purchasers of property in the area between the Loire Valley (‘the Garden of France’), the Sarthe and Anjou.

Bounded by the venerable cities of Angers, Le Mans and Tours, this beautiful triangle is largely unknown by Brits seeking to move to France or to acquire a maison secondaire. However, it boasts many life-style advantages, splendid scenery and sights, an agreeable climate and relatively easy and quick access from the UK.
